Do Christians lack a sense of humor bc they want to be like Jesus who was the only Jew in history that was born w/o a sense of humor?

If you didn't have such a soft privileged life then you would know that having a good sense of humor is a survival mechanism that gets people through the hardest of hard times
@Dzr
A couple things
* Everytime that I've died or almost died it was my well-developed sense of humor that kept things in perspective and thus kept me in the land of the living
* It is not a coincidence that some of the most persecuted ppl in the world are also some of the funniest ppl in the world
*Your first comment says that you believe the JC was an Atheist
*Your second comment shows that you're a young kid w/ keyboard muscles
@ Chi-girl
I do have proof
It is flat out impossible to write a posthumous memoir about a good friend who had a good sense of humor w/ ever once mentioning the friend's good sense of humor

I once saw a film about life of Christ, in which the director portrayed Him with a sense of humor. The most endearing scene was when Jesus addressed the hypocrites, holding a log to his eye, and laughing in a playful manner - on one hand conveying a point of His famous sermon, and yet in a very funny way. I never though Jesus had sense of humor until I saw that director's interpretation of how Christ was also fully human - and if fully human, then with a sense of humor too. I went through half a lifetime of misery and pain, and laugh about it now, even see reality in a lighthearted manner. My lame sense of humor sometimes irritates others, but it is harmless, and in this cold dark world actually quite refreshing to me, and most of the bystanders exposed to it. When my ordeal began, I never thought I would ever laugh again. I do not lack sense of humor, not anymore, as lame as it is, and my nearly losing it in the first place was related to pain, not fear.
I realize this is one of those baiting questions, which I fell for hook, line and sinker, still, have few moments before I start panicking of running behind schedule this morning on account of ranting all over Y!A :)

I wonder if you would have a sense of humour knowing you had to die a painful death!
Still haven't provided your Mother's details so we can find out if she wants to exercise her right to infanticide!
Edit ... Response to your edit. Alas your logical deductions are much like the rest of your intellect... well below par!
Only in the mind of the warped could the comment that Jesus knew He had a painful death ahead of Him mean He's an atheist....
Also I think you'll find that Jesus wasn't persecuted in the sense your compare to other people with humour. Most persecuted people have one thing Jesus didn't have ... hope that they didn't have to face the worst of their fears.. unfortunately you're intellect, logic and personal desire is preventing you from seeing the obvious.

Was ISIS humorous? How about Hamas? I know,
the collapse of the ruble? China & Russia signing to
set up alternate currency? Putin already visited
southern countries. Are we laughing yet? The uber wealthy, often Zionest Jews are...Ching, Ching...$ in the bank...they own them. Slavers...still going strong...if it
was your sister? You laugh? So what was funny in the
time of Jesus? The poor? The sick? Maybe the rich?
I know!...the Romans, good for a laugh. Jesus said Blessed are those who mourn...how come? It raises love, compassion. What's happening in Israel today?
Funny? So Jesus will laugh later.

Jesus enjoyed a great sense of humor but his earnest disciples didn't record his jokes?
Life is serious. That doesn't mean there isn't a time for laughter, but joking is often used to cover bad things.

In fact, Jesus never spoke; he used a horn or whistled to communicate with his disciples. So much of what he said was open to interpretation.

All religious people lack a sense of humour. It is part of their delusion.

He was too sad to have humor.
