Depends on who is wearing them.....if you want to look sexy for some guy a thong, but they do cause gynecological problems for women. If you want comfort or if you are a bit overweight and sit a lot then go with the boy shorts for comfort.

Boy shorts, hands down. There's a sexiness to the innocence of them. Thongs are the new granny pants. Seriously. I see grandmothers wearing them in my job as an esthetician. If 60 year olds are wearing them, they're passé by default.
