What does green mango pickle go with....Indians? Nepalese?

Update:

I work at a burger restaurant in Australia, that recently was ranked in the top 10 burger joints in the world. I was in India not long ago, invited over by a friend I sponsored; where I leaned how to make the sun fermented mango pickle

I've now had my first attempt at making it, but I need to be able to make it into a burger. I need to know which flavours it works with!!! I know it's like a snack in India/Nepal/Bangladesh

But, any ideas?

I've 2 weeks left to figure it out, I'm desperate!!

    Soumyaneel, which curries/flavours does it go well with? I've had my first go at making it, and the nepalese/indian's I work with all say the flavour is lovely.

    Indians! I am an Indian, and pickles, especially the green mango one, is super-famous after lunch.
