I have a 2001 Buick with aluminum rims and they have slow leaks. Can I put an inner tube in a tubeless tire?

No, there is no way to use an inner tube. The leaks are usually where the valve stem goes through to the inside of the rim. Any tire shop can find your leaks. They use a soap solution that creates bubbles where the air comes out. You could do the same your self with a cheap bottle-mop (fabric not a brush), some lemon joy and a garden hose.

Most leaks are fixed by finding it, marking it, taking the tire off, and sealing the leak from the inside. depends on what leaks, as to what gets done to seal it.

Tubes are not really meant for aluminum wheels...better to have the tires dismounted and seal the interior surfaces of the wheels to prevent small pinhole leaks or porosity issues. And check the bead area for corrosion/pitting....many leaks come from that....seal as needed. Most tire shops that deal with aluminum wheels or car dealers can seal leaks with clear epoxy paint or other methods.

If the rims do not have any sharp edges where the leak is occurring and the tube is the proper size it should be OK.

No you can not unless you like having blowouts all the time. The tubes will spin inside the tire ripping the stems out.
