No. As Gracelee says - it just happens that way. Maybe she (or he) wants their first kiss to be meaningful. Or maybe they just haven't met someone just yet.

No, it's not. It just means they haven't found someone they want to share their first kiss with. A first kiss is very special to a lot of people and they don't want to give it away to the first guy who looks cute or seems nice.
