How to move the connected devices to blacklist?
I update My WIFI Router to latest release, it says there is blacklist, so I can block my neighbor from accessing my network. But why it couldn't work. Btw, I'm using a windows XP, is that the problem?

Yes, because windows XP will have limited features when you use My WIFI Router software. You can update or use another windows 7 laptop, then you can get more features. Like internet speed limitation, move devices to blacklist and so on.

I'm sure you logged onto the router. So if you black list it and turn your router off and on again. This refreshes the router settings.
