Help with keeping a device on a network.?

Xfinity household using their modem/router. I am setting up cameras around a house that need to be connected to a network to properly function. One of the people that has access to the network will remove the devices if they see them on the network. Is there some kind of workaround that would let the cameras stay on the network like a new router or something.

You COULD use a router and put the cameras on their own subnet. But it'd make way more sense to have actual network security. If the cameras are supposed to be there, why is somebody trying to remove them? Block that person's access to the router instead.
