Getting into a gay relationship?

I'm a bisexual 19 year old guy, and I'm not fully out of the closet. Only a few people at college know. Anyways, I kinda like my male lab partner in chemistry. I know that he's gay. I'm just scared of taking the leap and telling him. Especially because I think I'm slightly scared of fully acknowledging my sexuality.

I've been in a similar situation. It was a really cute guy at work. One of my coworkers knew him, and we all went to lunch. After lunch, my straight friend told me he was gay.

So I was talking to him at his cube and other people could overhear certain words or loud sentences, so I talked kind of softly.

I just asked him his fav music. He said idk what about u? I told him I like Britney/Madonna. He smiled.

I asked his favorite TV show. He said Ellen. I smiled. I said Glee. He smiled.

We never used a label, but body language, joking, smiling, inviting, touching lightly, and open, sharing secrets, all that expresses my feelings better than descriptions or explanations.

In the body language got better over time. :-) :-) :-)

Nothing to be scared of, because if you are bisexual, there's nothing you can do about it. If you know this guy is gay and single, why don't you chat to him about the subject of sexuality, like when did he know he was gay etc. then you can share your instincts and tell him how keen you are to explore them. By his reaction to that conversation and they way he responds to you generally, you'll get an idea if you can ask him out, kind of on a date to see if you get on outside of work. Chemistry between two people is either obvious or it's not happening, so go for it. Nothing to lose except the opportunity.
