- fancazzismo = not to do a darn thing / wasting time with nonsense things (like asking/answering questions on Y!A, typical example of fancazzismo)
- fancazzista = someone who is not doing a darn thing
"oh ma, ce la fai?"
Italian "but, can you do it?"
Slang (Milan area) "are you a retard?"

They are similar but not the same:
fancazzismo: The art of lazing around, doing nothing (as a philosophy or lifestyle choice)
fancazzista: A person who lazes around all the time, doing nothing
