Idk i just want to tell you first that to have such a haircut ur hair need to extremely straight and silky , also it doesnt look like that by itself you need to use alot of that thing that freez the hair (i don't it name by english) as an conclusion having such a hair is soooooooo difficult why don't you stay casual :) good luck

Maybe just show your barber a picture of the hairstyle that you want. And just ask him to do the same cut.
