Is there a way to simply contact Yahoo? I'm always directed to unhelpful FAQs and frankly, these are issues that the "community" can't fix.?

I noticed a long time ago that R&S questions (stars or no stars) seldom make to the 'popular list'. I even asked a question about it. See your question is a perfect example. The questions in that list have as little as 3 stars and have been posted for up to a day and your question is NOT there. It should be.

It's free service, so there's not much support, except for getting "handled" obviously.

If ever there has been a non existent customer service it is Yahoo. I have a problem for last 6 months and have spent hours trying for an answer. Foolish on my part. I need to move on!

yahoo wont let you comment on sportsd but anything useless. they continue tio only hire no nothings versus those who can fix and repair yahoo. mayers idiot hires from google may be part of the problem. then of course firing 5,000 in one year doesnt help. customer service has definitely hit the low like united airlines.
