i have a cold and pain between my lower neck and shoulder?

I came down with a cold and then got pain between my shoulder blades when I cough.also hot flashes when I try to sleep. I am 74 . I turnj on fan at night when I am trying to sleep because I just perspire

    its probably because your neck and shoulder was facing the fan at night, the cold air affected your bones a little, its nothing to worry about! youll feel better in a few days x
