natural remedies for flu?

Are chilly,onions,garlic, ginger,lemon,honey,chicken broth,hot milk and honey, orange juice,and steamed salty water enough? Do you know any other remedies? The person with more info gets the best answer soon

    1. Take adequate warm water( preferably boiled with 1/2 tsp roasted jeera) frequently sip by sip

    2. Ginger 1 piece crush and mix with honey and lick this frequently or drink a ginger tea( add 2-3 slices ginger)

    3.Dip a cloth with cold water and apply it on the forehead.

    4. Fasting is best, but if feeling weak have chicken soup or vegetable clear soup

    5. Soak your feet in warm water and then cover your legs with cold water dipped socks and one more dry socks over it again and go for sleep. At night you sweat it out.

    6. Drink Turmeric milk+ honey if not allergic to milk

    Nothing you've mentioned is going to do much, if anything at all. You could try steam or a neti pot for sinus congestion, but really pharmacy cold and flu medicine works best to manage symptoms. See your doctor if you are not getting well or develop a bad cough.

    2 tablespoons of each... honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice in a glass of warm water. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon will add a punch.
