Windows 7 not Genuine?

This just happened suddenly when i was just watching some youtube videos. I paused and minimized the page to get a snack, and when I came back, my desktop background was all black, and in the lower right hand corner it says "Windows 7, Build 7601, This copy of Windows is not genuine". I restart my computer and when it turns on again, it gave me the option to "Get Genuine now". I clicked that option and it lead me to a webpage to validate my Windows. I clicked validate now and right after I click run, it says there's an error trying to run the script so it asks if i would like to continue to run it. After all this, i tried looking for a Windows Installation disk. I find a recovery disk that GeekSquad gave to me after my laptop crashed a few years ago. Put in it my laptop, and I honestly didn't know what to do from there. I tried backing up my files on a brand new USB Flash drive, and there was another error saying that I need to check my backup disk? And at one point it did ask me for a recovery disk, it couldn't detect the one I already had in my laptop. I would get more into detail if I didn't have limited space to write here.
