The WWF Attitude Era was probably as close to TV-MA that pro-wrestling has ever been. Recently TNA was the closest thing to TV-MA but with their move to a new network might diminish those dreams.

But to answer your question, in order for any pro wrestling show to TV Mature would be for the program to be on a network where such content would be allowed as well the time(s) that the program airs would have to be more later at night since that's when most TV-MA shows air....when children are expected to be asleep.

The networks would have to approve of the content that will be involved as well as test it with the target audience it expects to attract as well as make sure it will indeed bring in enough ratings to secure money will be made for the network.
