Sn.Cruz not born in USA how can he be President possibility per the Constitution?

John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone. Nobody cared. Since his parents were American, he was a natural born American.

In 1964 there was a lawsuit against Barry Goldwater, the Republican candidate of that year, .who was born in Arizona before it became a state. The suit was thrown out of court.

So I don't think Cruz will have trouble, at least not about where he was born. I think he's way too extreme to be president anyway. He might make a good talk show host though, or a commentator on Fox News.

The Constitution doesn't say what you think it says. The Constitution says the President must be a 'natural born citizen' but it doesn't define what that means. Congress has legislated that it means being born in the US or in a foreign country if one or both parents are US citizens.
