Can I buy Ford Fiesta RS ?

Update:

I want my first car to look exactly like a rally car, i think ford fiesta rs will be the best.

    Hi so fine if you live in the united states as insurance there is a lot cheaper than here in the united kingdom.

    here you might afford the car but not the insurance to drive it. if they would even insure a young driver with such a car. the same might also be true in INDIA.
