So I got my nose pierced 7 weeks ago at a professional parlour and I bought some new studs and I was wondering if I can put them in now (it seems to be healed)

Nostril piercings take 6-9 months to fully heal, the jewelry should not be changed until then. Piercings heal from the outside in, so they often feel healed before they truly are. Changing the jewelry early can easily cause your piercing to regress. It's best to leave it alone, let it heal.
