How to get people to stop touching your shoulder?
I was sexually harrassed in an office setting (way more than a shoulder touch), but now everytime someone touches my shoulder out in public or anywhere I get a bit antcy and just grin and bear it- I am a nice shy person, how do I tell someone "dont touch me", without sounding like a jackass?

I'm uncomfortable with random physical touch too. I guess I might still sound like a jackass but I just say, "sorry, that makes me uncomfortable" but I say it nicely and like, in a way so they know I'm not trying to get angry or criticize them doing that. Then they understand that hey, it's just not something I like! :) Nobody has ever had issues or laughed at me for saying it and I've become friends with some people that previously I'd asked not to touch me. So they havent thought I was stupid or harbored anger about it :)
