Can i purchase from mmoga.com using an Indian Debit card?

My card is certified by VISA.

    Yes, you can. But, the VISA debit card must be EMV CHIP and PIN enabled

    Refer to section 2 A (i) - http://rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id... , which states that all debit / credit cards enabling international usage will have to be EMV Chip and Pin enabled
