7th grade semi formal dress?

I have a 7th and 8th grade semi formal in march and its about February and I wanna start looking for dresses. But I don't know where to go all I know is a want a cheap, not tacky, kinda girly, and I wanna buy it in person but you can attach a URL (that would be useful) and I don't know why kinda shoes to wear. Please help. Thanks ❤

    I suggest h&m for dresses, I'm in seventh grade and I am going to wear a dress from there. Also topshop is really good. As for shoes I'd say any fun heels as long as you can walk in them.
