Actual NFL rule for football PSI?

I'm so sick of this issue but just dawned on me that I would like to read the actual rule. Anyone know where it can be viewed? I just did a search and did not locate it. Thanks

James, I'll award you the best answer when I can and thank you. I can't for the life of me figure out why the Yahoo system at times won't allow me to make comments or select a best answers. Their system is strange and only works intermittently for me.

I wanted to see the rules as all it states is that the balls must be presented to the official and fit within the guidelines laid out. The official makes the determination if the balls conform or not. Then, it states nothing about how the ball may or may not change through the course of the game (lets for now assume no tampering). So to me it seems that the rule is flawed as it does not state that the ball needs to maintain the standards throughout the game just that they must conform to certain specifications at the time they are inspected by the official.

I think the NFL unless they have some concrete evidence that the Patriots did something that they have nothing. And the bigger issue will be making the rule more specific.
