What could be wrong with me?

For the last 6 months or so I have had severe tingling and weakness in my left hand. It is quite painful too, it is not carpal tunnel syndrome. I have also recetly began to have tingling and pain in my feet and get moments when i lose my balance. A few years ago i started getting eyesight trouble out of the blue, blurred vision, which affects one eye more than the other. I get very tired in the afternoon regardless of how much sleep i get. P.S. i am not diabetic and have an appointment to see a neurologist on Weds 4th Feb.

The symptoms look much like the ones caused by multiple sclerosis, but there's other possibilities.

There's a variety of things that might cause these symptoms so the diagnosis will be a process of elimination through a sequence of tests.

If you're not diabetic, why are you posting in this forum?

Sounds like you're doing the right thing by seeing a neurologist. We can't really help you.
