What could be wrong with me?
For the last 6 months or so I have had severe tingling and weakness in my left hand. It is quite painful too, it is not carpal tunnel syndrome. I have also recetly began to have tingling and pain in my feet and get moments when i lose my balance. A few years ago i started getting eyesight trouble out of the blue, blurred vision, which affects one eye more than the other. I get very tired in the afternoon regardless of how much sleep i get. P.S. i am not diabetic and have an appointment to see a neurologist on Weds 4th Feb.

My GP thinks I have this, I have been referred to my local mental health unit and a counsellor. I binge every day, I don't know why I do it but I hate myself for doing it but can't stop it. I'm petrified they are going to put me in hospital, I don't want to go in. Has anyone gone through this? How did you overcome it?

2 AnswersMental Health7 years agoCan I request a hysterectomy?
I am 34 years old and have had heavy and painful periods since I was 13. I cannot take the pill as I have had problems with it in the past. I tried Mefanamic Acid and have been told that the Mirena coil would now not be considered as I have had an endometrial ablation in September. The ablation has not worked though and my bleeding is just as heavy. I can go through almost 40 'night-time' pads in a cycle and I'm bleeding for 2 weeks at a time. I am finding myself feeling so tired when I'm on that I can't cope with my daily life. I am adamant that I do not want any children (for other reasons). The problem runs in my family and one of my aunts and several cousins have had a hysterectomy when in their early 30's, so can I request one from a gynaecologist?
