How can I make Microsoft Word spellcheck learn 'Ms.'?

So I've got several very long transcripts to check for spelling and grammar. I didn't have the time while typing them to worry about proper capitalization and punctuation, so instead of 'Ms. Mary' I'd typically type 'ms mary'. For some ludicrous reason, Spell-check looks at 'ms' and gives me every revision option EXCEPT the one I most obviously need, that being 'Ms.', requiring me to manually erase and type in Ms. instead. This may not seem like a big deal, but these are massive transcripts.
