How to be less stressed?

I've been having issues with stress lately. I have a ton of work at college, on top of that I now have a job. I'm constantly getting behind on stuff. I don't feel like I can do anything right. I'm worried about everything. I'm confused about life. I'm scared that this is what my entire life will be like. I'm worried that people back home are going to forget me because I never see them anymore. I'm just constantly worried about 10 things, and I don't know what to do to relieve stress and beat the depression that I'm quickly spiraling into.

First of all, try to think that this is not how your whole life will be like because you can't predict the future. This may very well be just a phase. Feeling stressed out like this is not a constant state of mind. You'll always have to remember and tell yourself that this will end, and you'll have relaxing times ahead.

Then, try to look how you can slow it down, maybe fail a class, cut down on your working hours. It's ok to feel you're not able to handle all at once. Try to find a space and time to relax. Learn about meditation and try to meditate. Learn that you can live your life slowly and accept your current overwhelming stress and negative feelings for the moment.

I once felt like my life would always be the way I didn't wanted it to be, and I did get depressed. But I'd never forget that although it feels like forever, it's not.

If you keep feeling depressed, seek professional help. Not coping with stress and feeling like you're going to implode may have other causes. They could help you cope.

It won’t be possible to completely eradicate all stress from our lives but by being able to handle stress using meditation to still the mind and focus on anything we want we will feel less overwhelmed by stress. Meditation has been proven to have many health benefits.

Moreover, do the obvious things such as making sure you are eating healthily and getting enough sleep and exercise. Use every opportunity to engage in laughter – hire a comedy DVD if this helps, or join a laughter club. I find that mornings work well for me so you may also like to try getting up 20 minutes (or more) earlier than you usually would and using this time to meditate.

Simply get some time for your hobby. Example, you can listen to music, you're favorite song or artist while doing assignments or homework.... I do it.... It's beneficial... Mind it.. Try it
