someone PLEASE help me figure out whats wrong with me!!!! DO I NEED TO GO TO THE ER?

Here are my symptoms for this week. Theyve gotten worse ecen though im taking a Z pack. Coughing up mucus.. dry scratchy throat..headach.. stuffy nose. Labored breathing, tightness and pain in chest, fluttering heart and occasionally irregular heartbeat, wheezing (just started today), occasional shaking in my hands, and now I AM REALLY PAIL! I think my nail beds are purple-ish but it could just be my mind playing tricks on me?

    Just see a doctor the more you stress the worse you'll feel.
