I was just shoved very hard into my porch banister.

I was trying to keep my fiance of one side of the porch. When I tried to block him he pushed me. When I stood back up he pushed me again , but when I tried to block him I accidentally elbowed him in the ribs. Thats when he shoved me into the banister. I hit it so hard I actually bent backwards over the banister. Now my back is hurting really bad. But I also have .Arthritis in my lower back, so I m not sure if the collision just made the arthritis flare up.

My great grandmother just passed away, and her husband is going around to all the local churches, bumming for money, and claiming "he doesn't have any money to pay for the funeral. He also told my grandmother "he didn't have enough money to even pay for half the funeral bill, so she was gonna have to pay it." HOWEVER, he literally just sold 6 cars of his! All of which where nice cars! So he DOES in fact have plenty of money to pay for the funeral. All he has talked about since my great grandma died is how much he wants a brand new Hellcat Challanger. So all the money he got from selling those cars, and all the money he is getting from the churches is going towards the Challenger. ITS A TOTAL HOODWINK! He doesn't give a damn about my nanny.. He only cares about the stupid cars. Basically, he's scamming the churches. And I personally do not appreciate it! My nanny literally just died on Friday. Her funeral was just yesterday. Her husband is already doing everything to make a personal gain out of her death!

I have a VERY certain way I want my teeth to look, and I will not settle for any less! I want to get dentures that look exactly like Anna Nicole Smith's teeth. Is there any way for that to happen? Or dies the dentist choose the shape of the dentures for you?

I'm going "Anna Nicole Smith" blonde with my hair. On the top of my hair, I've reachest my goal. But towards the bottom, I still have some of those nasty brass tones! I'll be going back to Sally's in a few days, and plan on buying some 40 volume developer to use on my roots (my roots are dark brown/nearly black). But I'm not sure what color powder I need to buy. I want to maintain my beautiful blonde on top, but DEFINITELY want to get rid of these brassy tones! If I get the regardless of the color of powder, will a either the blue or purple effect my blonde?

Somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL me how to get this crap out of my hair!!!!! I've cried my eyes out over this!!!! I had bleached my hair to a beautiful Anna Nicole Smith blonde, and I had a few patches of discoloration. So I went to Sallys, and bought 20 volume bleach, and the woman at Sally's told me to use a Wella Color Smart toner. So I bleached my hair one last time, then applied the tone. The freakin tover turned my hair into a disgusting grey/purple color!!!! Dear God somebody please help me!! I just want my beautiful platinum blonde back! And can someone please tell me how I can get the brass color out of my hair once I get this horrific purple out!? As I said, I was very close to reaching my goal (Anna Nicole Smith blonde) and I just completely ruined it by putting that freaking toner in my hair! Worst part is, the toner really didn't do anything to the copper color, except make it a little darker.

I'm on 150 seroquel ever night for insomnia. After 5 months of not having panic attacks, I started having them really bad again. ( My mom died when I was 17 from breast/brain cancer, and I watched her suffer before she actually passed. And her birthday is right around the corner, so I'm having a hard time dealing with it. Anyway's, I was wanting to take a (yellow) stick of xanax for my nerves because I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack any minute. But I wasn't sure if I could take it with me being on seroquel?? I'm NOT wanting to take them at the same time!!!! I was going to take the stick instead of my seroquel for tonight.So my question is, is it safe for mentioned take the Xanax with me regularly being on the seroquel? I know there are some medications that you have to come off for 2 weeks before taking others.

I'm 21, and I've lived in the same area my whole life. My mom and aunts grew up here also, but my father and his siblings grew up a few hours a ways from here. So, basically,we've never left far from where we all are now. Which is why I'm hoping it will be a little easier to learn about my heritage. The only parent I have left is my father, and my mom's side of the family isn't very big. So asking them doesn't really do much good because their knowledge only goes so far. BUT what I do know, is that my great, great grandfather on my dad's side was a very sought after herb doctor back in his day. And (from what I've heard ) my dad's mother was nearly a pure crow Indian. But that to me isn't enough validation. I Want to know FOR SURE what kind of Indian blood I have in me, and where we all originated from, what our temperament was like, what we were best known for, and so on and so on. But I honetly have no idea where to even begin to look. Any help? Please?

Last week my fiance and I got into a verbal argument in the middle of a store (we've had a lot of trouble with these people, to much to explain). While in the mix of the argument, BOTH the man and woman told me that they were going to cut my throat, then shoot my fiance "between the eyes". My fiance, our friend, 3 of the store workers, plus myself heard these threats! And this is NOT the first time the guy had made threats against my husband's life. The man actually came into my job, and told me he was going to "cut my fiances throat, them let his pitbulls eat his body". Unfortunately, I am the only witness for that threat. My fiance and I also have pictures of all the vandalism (we believe) this person has done to his truck. He has keyed the truck, jerked wires out on the inside of the truck, and recently cut the break line. On top of that, I have screenshots to prove that the woman had put on Facebook that "I'm gonna get mine when she sees me out in town". Somebody Please tell me exactly what I can have done!

I've always had a small frame and bum when I was a teenager. I was a size 0-3. Now at the age of 21, my hips have expanded, and I actually have a butt now, lol! As of now, I'm in a size 5-6. BUT I'm worried about gaining a lot of weight. I still have a small frame. Everything on me except for my hips and butt are fairly small. But being overweight runs on my moms side of the family. So I want to get a jump start on preventing any type of weight gain. I think my weight favors my dads side more.. most people on his side are small. Soooo... how can I tone my body WITHOUT losing my bum? ? Or is that even possible? I wasn't blessed with a big chest, so I've kinda come to love the way my backside has filled out.

I have some cellulite in by thigh and butt area.. I would really like to know how to take care of that problem. What are the best exercises to take care of this issue?

I had a pink slip in my mailbox today for me to go pick up a certified letter from Medsolutions. But by the time I received the pink slip, the post office was closed. What the heck is Medsolutions? ? I've never heard of them in my life, and I have no idea what they want from me. The only two big MEDical situations that are coming up are.. my Medicaid cuts out in june-july, so I have to re apply. And I have scans that I have to get done tomorrow. And the scans had to be precertified by Medicaid. Could the letter have anything to do with these two situations?

I am MADLY in love with the beautiful smells that flow from hippie/earth stores. Not only that, but I love the vibes that radiate from those kinds of stores!! It just lifts my spirt, and really makes me feel at peace. Since I have suffered from anxiety for many years, I greatly enjoy and appreciate the vibes that a hippie store gives me. So my question is... HOW CAN I TRANSFORM MY HOUSE INTO A HIPPIE SANCTUARY!? How can I make my house smell like those stores? How can I make my house give off those magnificent vibes?? Does anyone know the typical incent that is burnt in those stores?

Im without a doubt a free spirit. But how do I look the part? When I think of a free spirit I think of positive vibes that radiate from a person, long beautiful hair, lots of jewelry, tapestries, incents, and so on. I wanna know how I can look like a free spirit.. and send out all the positive vibes that a free spirit does. You know those "hippy" shops that burn incent, and sell all the amazing stuff? Well, I want my house to give off the same vibes, and be as awesome as those stores. How can I best achieve these goals?

It said the letter was sent from CCHD.. which im assuming is Ch****** County Health Department. What in the hell could this be about????? I'm really freaking out!! When I asked this earlier, 3 people responded sayig that the health department could be contacting me to tell me I have HIV/AIDS. BUT I had a child 15 months ago, so I was tested for all of that and it all came back negative. I am still with my husband/babys father, and I HAVE NOT had sex with anyone else. So what else could this be?? I haven't done anything wrong, but out of paranoia I called the cops to make sure I wasn't "wanted" for anything, and they said it had nothing to do with them.

Here are my symptoms for this week. Theyve gotten worse ecen though im taking a Z pack. Coughing up mucus.. dry scratchy throat..headach.. stuffy nose. Labored breathing, tightness and pain in chest, fluttering heart and occasionally irregular heartbeat, wheezing (just started today), occasional shaking in my hands, and now I AM REALLY PAIL! I think my nail beds are purple-ish but it could just be my mind playing tricks on me?

My doctor just prescribed me seroquel because I am plagued with bipolar, PTSD, and an outrageous amount of insomnia. I'm not sure what mg it is, because I have yet to pick the meds up. Since I requested it as a sleep aid, my educated guess would be that it's probably 25-50 mgs. Since I have never taken this stuff before, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me what to expect. Especially with the first dose. Secondly, I am also on Norco 10s for my authritis. Would it be ok to still take my norcos regularly, and then take the seroquel at night, as long as I space the two medications apart by like 3-4 hours? Please give me detailed information about your experience/what to expect! Thanks and God Bless (:

If you buy a pet in China, can you LEGALLY bring it back to the US with you?

My doctor has had me on all kinds of medications that simply don't work. I have had cluster migraines since I was in the 6th grade (I'm nearly 21 now), I've had arthritis in my shoulder, and in 4 of the columns in my lower back, syatic (how ever you spell it) nerve damage in my back, and one of the columns in my lower back is not lining up with the others like its suppose to (it's sticking out way further than the rest). My doctor wanted to put me on the Butrans patch, but I refused to use them becuase I find them really dangerous. That's when he said "we might have to get you into a pain clinic". So my questions are.. what happens in a pain clinic? How often do you have to be seen? What kind of pain medications would the be most likely to give me for my problems? Do pain clinics accept Medicaid? And are the doctors at pain clinics pretty easy going? (For example, do they just automatically assume everyone is a drug seeker?) I'd rather be shot dead than thought of somebody that only wants drugs for the hell of it.

Im 21, he's 22. We both have amazing bodies, and we're pretty nice to look at, if I do say so myself. Im into the hot and passionate (sometimes kinky) sex. I enjoy alot of "heavy petting" during sex as well. If you haven't guessed by now, I LOVE to moan! And I've been known for screaming and dirty talk, too. Lol. Him on the other hand, he RARELY moans and I get very little to no "heavy petting" while we are having sex. Its like he just wants to jump into it, get it done, and go on with the night. He's told me before that I F like a pornstar. Judging by the way he said it, I dont think it was a compliment. But I cant help it.. I honestly just love and prefer the "pornstar" type sex. I do enjoy making love at some points, but thats just not an all the time thing for me. But my fiance has a straight poker face in bed. No moaning. No expression on his face. And RARELY any physical contact with his hands or our lips. So as it stands, I guess we just have two diffrent ideas of what "great sex" is. But this is really really frustrating for me. And I definitely want to get rid of the sexual frustration. . I think we all know it isnt fun. I've tried talking to him, but nothing ever changes. Does anyone else have any ideas on how these problems can be resolved?
