how much jail time will these people get if i decide to press charges against them?

Last week my fiance and I got into a verbal argument in the middle of a store (we've had a lot of trouble with these people, to much to explain). While in the mix of the argument, BOTH the man and woman told me that they were going to cut my throat, then shoot my fiance "between the eyes". My fiance, our friend, 3 of the store workers, plus myself heard these threats! And this is NOT the first time the guy had made threats against my husband's life. The man actually came into my job, and told me he was going to "cut my fiances throat, them let his pitbulls eat his body". Unfortunately, I am the only witness for that threat. My fiance and I also have pictures of all the vandalism (we believe) this person has done to his truck. He has keyed the truck, jerked wires out on the inside of the truck, and recently cut the break line. On top of that, I have screenshots to prove that the woman had put on Facebook that "I'm gonna get mine when she sees me out in town". Somebody Please tell me exactly what I can have done!

Unless you actually have PROOF that this guy damaged your truck, you can do nothing about that, he probably did it, but unless you actually saw it or h ave a witness that saw it, do not even waste your time trying to get him charged with that crime.

YOU cannot file criminal charges against anybody, only the prosecutor can do that after a police report has been filed an investigated by both the police department and the prosecutors office, And it sounds like you have not made any sort of police complaint, so until you do that, no criminal charges will be filed

You need to tell your employer that this person showed up and if the person comes back on property he/she can be read trespass and escorted off the property if they refuse to leave

You can file for a restraining order, but until the judge has reason to do so he won't issue it, which takes us back to the police report
