How do I solve this inequality problem?

t<8 and t<7

I have to graph this and put it in interval notation, but when graphing it on a number line, both go in the same direction overlapping each other. So is it possible to graph it or no, since they are not less than or equal to problems. And how would you write it in interval notation with this issue.

Update:

would it be ( - ∞, 7) ; ( - ∞, 8); , ( - ∞, 7)U( - ∞, ,8) ; or ∅

    if it has to satisfy both then t < 7....( - ∞, 7)
