Marine Corps to Federal Agency?

Im interested in going into the intel field in the military. I graduate highschool class of 2016 and I am aware that 3 letter agencies require a Bachelors dergree. I plan on obtaining my degree while active duty ( I KNOW HOW HARD IT WILL BE AND THAT I NEED TO WAIT AFTER MY FIRST ENLISTMENT) I hope to have a career with the NSA. I know the Air Force and Navy have good intel programs, and the Air Force is what everybody seems to keep suggesting to me because of the living conditions. However, I am interested in joining the Marine Corps for the discipline, and overall experience it offers. I hear a lot of people who join the corps have trouble adjusting to civilian life, however I am a pretty smart, my ASVAB scores were in the 90th percentile, therefore I believe my current skills and those I will obtain in the Marine Corps will only help me in my future career plans. I just hear a lot of horror stories about people having trouble getting jobs once out of the Marine Corps. Is this mostly people who do not choose an MOS that can be applied to the civilian sector? I am planning on going in on an Intel contract, will this along with a college degree help me in my future career goals? Or will I go in on an intel contract and spend my entire enlistment doing stuff that will give me no skill whatsoever? I have been told the Intel MOS field is a good choice. Also if any of you did intel for the Corps, I would love to hear you experience both in the Corps and after. Thanks
