If you don't mind being in a federal prison for 5 years for having committed a felony, lots of which you'll spend bending over and be the skin toy for heavily tattooed gang members, after which time you'd be unemployable for life, go right ahead. But make sure it's worth it; the going rate for it is currently $100K.
All that aside, it won't matter whether you get married to a person who's being deported or not. Marriage doesn't give any immigration benefits, nor does making a baby.

No. The only reason you should marry someone is if you like the girl and want to marry her and live together, hopefully forever, but at least for the next several years. What if you meet "The One" but are stuck in a loveless marriage, with someone you cannot get divorced from without disastrous consequences?.
See a lawyer before you do anything you may later regret. A marriage between a citizen and a person who is not currently in legal status, or with an expired visa, will not make them legal, and under current law, they cannot become legal, unless they return to their country and obtain a waiver of the illegal status and then return, and that waiver is at the sole discretion of the US Consul and is becoming tougher to obtain. Also, a recent marriage to a US citizen does not prevent a person who is currently in removal proceedings from being removed. You must have been married for at least ten years and show it would be a hardship for that to help.
If she currently has a legal visa and you marry her before it expires and apply for adjustment of status, she will be given a conditional green card and allowed to remain in the US for two years, after which, you must both still be married and attend an interview at which time the USCIS will try to determine if the marriage is genuine or not. Having a pre-nup or receiving a dowry will not necessarily invalidate a genuine immigration application based on marriage, but it is suspicious, and will be scrutinized carefully by USCIS.
If the USCIS determines that the marriage is not genuine, or you lied about living together, or any other material matter, it is perjury and marriage fraud, crimes for which you both could possibly go to jail, after which she will be deported and not allowed to return.
On the other hand, I once knew someone who did a contract marriage, drawn up by an attorney, with the promise of a lot of money from her wealthy father, but when he met her, he really liked her, she was pretty hot. They ended up falling in love, having children and staying together for life.

You want to be party to immigration fraud do you and spend time in prison and have a criminal record........ marriage will not get her citizenship, she will still be deported, you can't become legal just by marrying if you are illegal
