Can my boss dock wages for mistakes?
My boss has started docking wages for small mistakes. For instance me and my friend forgot some keys to a job not far from our depot. My manager who lives that way dropped the keys off on the way home from work not far from where he lives. I lost 1/2 an hours wage for this which is what i normally would get for going out working on site. Is this illegal to do so?

Within Reason ... like Cashiers are allowed to short on their cash register tills ... by a certain amount and again Within Reason ... which could mean any thing , what you need to do is to check with a Labor Board in your area for the rules on this.

Record all these times he steals money from you and sue him. Go to a lawyer who will take a percentage, those guys are eager.

If you cost the company money, yes.
They could also fire you. No one owes you a paycheck. It must be earned.
