South Africa Or India South Africa because they are in very good form always and India because they are very strong at their home. By the way,it will be too early to ask the question because team like AUSTRALIA,which is not in the form now a days and no one post them as answer but still they come in form until the world cup Then.So,my opinion,This world cup is starting on 19 th february and you should ask this question near about 10 th February or in the first round or second round of the tournament.

The big problem for India with the Tri Nations was their not using DRS. This will be in place for the WC so it was a great opportunity to work with it to get their use of it under control.
