None, the piercing dont hurt bad enough, the actual pain comes from the healing part, and the chance of chipping teeth in the relarning to eat and talk stage (you have to adapt to the piercing), and if your freind dont use longer swelling studs or rings first (which will end up being surgicly removed becuse they can grow into your lip)
