If he did all of that I would put him up there with Armstrong, Greb, Robinson, Pep and Duran, basically top 5-10 p4p material.
But he didnt beat Martinez and 2 of his supposed 8 world titles were not world titles.

Martinez actually did challenge him, but Pacquioa wasn't interested, so what's the point in speculating?
