Abandon it on the highway, in a shopping center or business parking lot, just off the road... eventually it will be towed and sold at auction. People do it all the time. It really isn't a good practice.
The question that remains, how/why do you possess a car without a title? Is it registered to someone else and it's actually stolen? Does a bank actually hold the title, and you haven't finished paying for it? If you are the owner of record, and the title has been lost or misplaced, you can obtain a replacement title for a fee from the county clerk, or your local DMV registrar. Your previous registration, license plate and VIN should be all you would need to obtain the title, besides the fee.

While your not suppose to, I myself did junk a car with no title once I explained I had the car sitting for around 5 years.

You can't junk a car without a title. You'll have to get a title first through DMV.

No where. Without the title you can't prove ownership. There was a time it only took a bill of sale, but those days are long gone now.
