I lost 10 pounds the first week of my diet?

So i lost 10 pounds the first week of my diet without even trying....the goal was 3-5 pounds and it was with the ideal protien diet.....i ate about 1300 calaories a day and ate alot of protien.....for brekafast i would have protien shake detox tea and vitamins....then i also ate lunch and dinner and that consisted of chicken/fish with veggies....i drank alot of water and i had to pee alot probably from drinking detox tea 2 tjmes a day....i was 220 and im now 210 and im 19 years old....is this unhealthy for me? I was overweight but the goal wasnt to loosr 10 pounds in one week....i was aiming for 3-5....is this unhealthy for my body? I mean i still age and was almlst never hungry...btw this diet does not allow working out

    It depends on your height, honestly. If you are 5'8" or shorter, then it is fine because you are obese, and it is not uncommon for people who are obese to lose a lot of weight within the first 1-2 weeks. Also, the amount you are eating is healthy, so that also tells me that it is not a problem.

    Some of that weight was undoubtedly water weight.
