So i lost 10 pounds the first week of my diet without even trying....the goal was 3-5 pounds and it was with the ideal protien diet.....i ate about 1300 calaories a day and ate alot of protien.....for brekafast i would have protien shake detox tea and vitamins....then i also ate lunch and dinner and that consisted of chicken/fish with veggies....i drank alot of water and i had to pee alot probably from drinking detox tea 2 tjmes a day....i was 220 and im now 210 and im 19 years old....is this unhealthy for me? I was overweight but the goal wasnt to loosr 10 pounds in one week....i was aiming for 3-5....is this unhealthy for my body? I mean i still age and was almlst never hungry...btw this diet does not allow working out

Okay so about 3-4 weeks ago i started to masturbate with my boxers still on. (just stroke) and later on i started to have a burn feeling, might be from the boxers and there being no lube of any kind. Okay so im going intk the truckin industry and im looking to buy my own truck and start off as an owner operator. Okay so last year i did a year in a community college and this year i decided im not gona go to college because i did bad and school just isnt my thing (atleast i tried) so before i decided im not going to go anymore i scheduled 4 classes and when i made my decision i dropped them all except somehow i forgot to drop one of them. Its been like 20 days since the semester started and i havnt went to that class once because i thought i dropped it and just yesterday i got a bill for $428 for that one class. Okay so i'm 19 years old right now and am considering becoming a semi truck driver. I have always loved trucks and driving and going/seeing new places. I tried going to college but school has never been my thing so i feel like truck driving would be the job for me. I heard driving privately and not for a company would be better, you find your own loads and so on and owning your own truck. My question is since ill be getting started soon what kind of truck would you guys recommend for a first truck. And also what are some tips for buying a used truck. Another question is about the trailer. I was thinking maybe getting a 28" trailer to start off with but is that too small? Would i be able to find loads with a small trailer like that?
