What condition do i have?

It all started in November of last year when i masturbated dry. After that a few days later i noticed when i put lotion on my penis it started to burn a little but i didn't pay much attention. A few days later it started to get red, form small cracks on the right side of my shaft and it began to get flaky. The skin was also raw. I put lotion after lotion and although its not gone it is a lot better a few months later. There is no more flaky skin on the spot but it is still red and it gets itchy when i masturbate. It does not hurt and it does not bother me only when i masturbate and get done that it starts to get really red and itchy. From what i just explained does anybody know what this could be. I have a girlfriend and she has given me oral 4 times but i don't believe thats what the problem is because like i said, i believe it is from my dry masturbation. Its only on one spot and its probably the size of a quarter. The rest of my penile shaft is normal. I don't want to go to the doctor because its kind of embarrassing and if they send me somewhere else i don't wanna have to explain to my parents whats wrong. Can anybody help me out? has anybody else had this before? what can i or should i do to get rid of this.

You shoul not use lotion. There are perfumes n stuff that can irritate. Use ky jelly or simular. Doctors hv heard it n seen it all so dont be embarrassed it could save your life some day. And std's or other infections can be spread from oral sex plus if u hv something else u could pass it to your partner. Just thonk about it n go hv it checked out. Good luck.
