Had an argument with this guy on twitter and he put 'stfu you doll' (stfu means shut the **** up), does this mean he thinks I wear to much makeup or I'm dizzy or what?? Or I just generally look like a doll??

I think he's being sexist. Yeah it's an insult in a way. He's probably saying one thing. That you are only good for trying to make yourself look good. Or maybe that you're plastic (fake). Or even that you have no brain (because dolls don't have organs).

it means looking fake. Like having a fake face/fake features like a doll.
Its pretty insulting.
