How many confirmed passenger aircraft kills does Putin have? Is Putin an ace yet?

It would appear that neither case is as open and shut as we have been lead to believe. Many questions still left unanswered. The propaganda from both sides needs to be sorted out before we start world war 3 between the worlds largest nuclear powers.

You have to be in a plane and actually fire the missile to be an ace, not order some killing from some safe mansion.
