Who has had a life changing experience an how has it affected them?

    I realized I had no logical reason to believe in a God and only believed because I had been told to believe from a very young age. I became an atheist and afterwards it was like the world became so much more amazing; like I was seeing everything again for the first time. And everything was great by its own merits, not because of some magical entity.

    Last year, I think it was in May, I discovered the R&S section of Yahoo Answers. It changed my life because now I squander a significant part of it here.

    Finding the truth was life changing... learning gods name is Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) and he WANTS us to draw near him (James 4:8) these scriptures were freeing and truth is so beautiful to have :)

    Many its called learning , but the biggest was tying science to religion seeing God as an energy soul the energy most call God and interacting with this energy experiencing sudden spiritual enlightenment and the feeling of being one with the universe it brings.

    I lost my best friend to cancer, and when I was losing faith, I had an experience that proved to me my friend was still alive. I started taking God more seriously after.

    I had explosive diarrhea once. It's made me afraid of eating too many beans.
