2015 tax returns are to be filed in 2016
Yes many filers have already received refunds and in less than 21 days from filing date
WMR is updated once in 24 hours, and many received refunds on dates shown in WMR

Yes I did get my direct deposit on the date stated by the IRS. (30th)
Some banks hold the funds before placing them in your account, so if you had a due date and don't have the money, check with your bank to see if it is their policy to hold the funds for an extra day or two.

I filed the 21st and received my federal the 31st and state on the 3rd of February. (Well I would have but used wrong routing number)
