Could be day one.....but breastfeeding does stop ovulation. Time difference between my wife and her sister was 1 month. (birthdays ten month apart)

I heard after giving birth not to have sex until another 6 weeks, by then u should get your period/ which means you ovulate and go from there :) I'd wait to do it after one period .. Just so your cycle can be adjusted and back to normal !
