Oil change voiding warranty?

I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta

I get the oil change every 8,000 kms.

Currently I'm at 61200 and my oil change is at 61520. I have an appointment on Monday. Me and my girlfriend will be going th shopping on the weekend and I fear I may go 100-300 over (so like 61800)

Will that void warranty??

    No. They won't even know.

The only time that it would void the warranty is if there was actual damage from failure to maintain the car. Even then, it only voids warranty coverage on damaged parts. It wouldn't void the whole warranty.Still, 300 KM isn't going to hurt it.

Within 10% is considered OK so no more than 8800 kms since the last one should be fine

If I had a car that needed oil changes every 8000 kms (5000 miles) I would sell it - no wait, I would never have bought it. 12000 miles plus (19200 kms plus) or 12 months, whichever comes first is more like it and fairly normal now.

You are using synthetic oil, with 8k miles between changes, I hope. Anyway, why not get it done a bit early. What's a few hundred miles between friends.
