Eyebrows are low?

I would recommend you go to someone to get your eyebrows threaded or waxed. Let them grow out and then go and get them done. They know what they are doing and if you tell them what you want - so you want them to be more arched they will help you get your desired shape. I don't think you should alter the shape of eyebrows too much as they naturally define your face. But definitely go and get them done by a professional first and then you can just maintain them yourself as they grow back! x

Pluck your eyebrows starting at the bottom until you get the desired shape/ thinness. Only do a little at a time and wear it for at least a day to see how you like it.

I have pretty strait eyebrows to, they are also pretty thin so I fill them in and use the liner to help shape them the way I like.

if you are on facebook find some makeup sights on there and follow it they give me some pretty good advice on all sorts of things like how to line my lips, how to help my eyebrows and how to apply makeup the way that suites my complexion

Don't try to do this yourself, and we certainly can't instruct you on a site like this. It's hard to exercise the right judgment about your own brows, and yours seem to have a number of issues, so it would really repay you to visit someone who can listen to what you have in mind and do them for you. Once they are done, you can simply maintain them.

I suggest that you collect some pictures of the sort of arch you think would work and take them with you.
