Does ibuprofen help periods?
I'm looking for ways to start my period sooner. Kinda get my hormones going so that my period can be over sooner. My last day is always really heavy and I don't want to use a super tampon to go swimming because they really hurt me. I know orgasms help but I don't do that. I should be getting my period soon. My friend said ibuprofen can shorten your period and make it come faster. Is that true? Any ways besides masturbating and ibuprofen that can stir up my hormones and get my period going? I'm starting to get light cramps so I know it's coming soon but I need it gone by Sunday to go swimming. Ugh

Neither can actually do a thing to get your period going. Masturbating and ibuprofen can both help with cramps but your period is pretty much going to start when it's due to start unless you're taking hormonal birth control.

Ibuprofem can only act as an anti inflammatory, not force the natural processes of your body.
