I don't think there's an explicit doctrinal answer. But I have to believe that a loving Deity would not make people suffer eternity with Alzheimer's, or any other crippling condition, physical or mental. So, presumably they'd get their memories back.

Your brain, which stores memory, is only physical, without that you won't remember anything and where you're going nothing physical is coming with you

the brain is just an organ in order for our soul to operate our body

when this body and it's organs die, we get a new body

Who create them and all the rest of humanity get back their memories...
