I too am having issues with messenger on my Samsung s5, started yesterday. I keep getting a sign in error. I know my password is correct. Logged in to pc works fine, just can't get it to work on phone.

Uninstall Yahoo Mail and messenger will work

No idea i had auto sign in and hadnt had to use my password for yeas updated to windows ten and boom its gone along with a long list of friends..

YM used to work on my laptop but since few weeks ago it doesn't log me in, although my ID & pswd work to login to my Yahoo-Email account. Again, this is on Laptop with Windows OS, not smartphone, not Android.
